I don't puree all my veggies, sometimes I mash them but for carrots and parsnips as long as they are cooked its fine. I only puree them in soups if there are ones I think might be hard for me to tolerate. I eat at least one banana a day, mostly two if its a work day as I have one at breakfast time and one either with lunch in the afternoon. Some people cannot cope with bananas at all but they really are one of my safest foods and I have never limited my intake of them. And I LOVE them too! Sinead -------------------- S.
