My husband and I are still a little "on edge" because we aren't sure what the neighbor will try next. There is a chance that he could try to sue either us, the contractor, the city officials who voted to approve our application or all three. Also we have some issues with the contractor to resolve yet....i.e. poor construction procedures, certain things not being done that we requested, etc. So, although we are past a couple major hurdles....the race isn't over yet. We won't really rest easy until the construction is complete and done right and we have all my husband's tools, etc. moved in. We are both taking the week of July 4 off for our wedding anniversary (July 4...married 5 years!....together 9 years). We are hoping to move things in then.
