With fruit - I also do well with dried mangoes. I love fresh mangoes, but they're expensive in this country, so I usually only eat about five or six a year! I also do alright with most canned fruit - as casey said, it its own juice. Apples are good, fresh, pealed or cooked with cinnamon and sugar. With the rest, make sure you get your soluables down first and the puree thing certainly helps!
