Does that include bananas, or can you eat those raw? and do you take SFS before canned fruits too? Do you have to cook the fruit before you puree them like for a smoothie or just plain?
Can the sfs be a soluable food or should it be something like citricel or equalactin, etc.?
Thank you so much for your help!

Bananas I eat raw without a problem. I can't eat canned fruit, but the people that can do take the sfs before.

You can just throught the fruit in plain, it is best to put frozen fruit in, it makes the consistancy icier and smoother.

Either or, it can be food or the fiber suppliment, but it is really important to take a soluble fiber. It has a prepotic effect on the gut, you might want to look up on the board there is a post that Heather has on Acacia sfs. It will explain exactly what the prebotic effect is.
