I have a hard time also with fruits and vegetables. I have a banana smoothie for breakfast when I am miserably C. On times when I do not have Silk, I use plain water,very cold, in tiny amounts. I also mix in blueberries, cherries, and peaches, but not all in the same smoothie . I cannot have anything in 2's, two smoothies a day, or 2 days. The same veggies twice a day, or the next day....everything. So, I whole heartedly understand your problem. Do you like sweet potatos, I love them baked with a small amount of brown sugar. I don't take a SFS right now, because almost everything but rice gives me gas.
