Eating Fruit without an SFS

Since bananas and mangoes and papaya are soluble fiber fruits, must they be eaten with a soluble fiber food or can they be eaten alone as a snack? What about canned fruits or applesauce?
Do I need to cook the mangoes and the papaya in the microwave first no matter how I eat them?
Finally, can the soluble fiber source be an SFS such as equalctin or citricel eaten right before I eat the fruit as a snack?
Thanks
