Must I give up my Soda Pop?       11/03/04 09:12 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I follow Heather's diet advice pretty strictly. Except, I can't seem to give up my one can of soda pop every evening after I am home in my sweats with room to bloat! It's Diet Rite which means it contains splenda. For all of you who are stable, do you think this also needs to go in order to be stable? Could the soda also cause D, Gas, pain, as well as the bloating? I am better.
