What may not work for one may work for another. So if citurcel leaves you bloated, I would try something else. A few good brands to try are acacia, Equalactin (at Wal-Mart), Benefiber. It may take a bit of trial and error to see what works for you. Make sure you start on a low dose and work your way up slowly.
