I am IBS-D and anything else that I eat outside of Heather's diet sends me into a downward spiral. But for some reason I can eat one bowl of ice cream a day w/ no problem, I think it is by shear will power. LOL But I also have tried the Soy Delicious and it is really good. Everybody is different, but as a rule of thumb ice cream is a trigger for IBSers.
