I can't add anything to Linz's excellent advice, but I wanted to say hello and welcome to the boards. I agree with everything she's said, especially the part about quitting the trigger foods - ALL of them - cold turkey. It sounds horrible, but trust me, it's easier in the long run.
Oh, I did think of one thing to add... C takes a little longer to resolve than D, so don't panic if you don't feel better after a couple days on "what to eat when you can't eat anything". I'm an A, so I had that problem. (Not that I panicked, just that it took quite a while before I felt better.) Stick with it, and you WILL feel better. And feel free to vent about it here - we all know what it's like.
