Wow! What a great attitude! You're an inspiration!
I, too, have looked for the reasons that I went through 7 surgeries, and now IBS, and tried to find the positives behind all the yucky stuff. I agree with you, IBS has forced me to eat right (not because I know I should, but because if I don't I'll get sick), exercise (I enrolled in Boot Camp every M-F at 5:30 AM!), and lose and keep my weight off.
We can all learn from you, though, by looking for the gifts in our lives.
