funny that you posted this today, I was going to post a similiar question. I am about to go on a trip in a couple of weeks, so I needed to know what insoloubles are portable to take. or course my little V8 containers are coming with!
I am an Aer, too, and I have noticed that if I find an insolouble that works, it is best to not overdo it! Your body, like mine, probably was able to work with the V8 for awhile, than got used to it. Try alternating every couple of days the insoulble that you use. I personally ALWAYS eat an insolouble at breakfast, because I like to get everything out of my system before I go to work and school.
One morning it will be oatmeal with bluberries microwaved or a pear, bowl of kix with a kiwi or strawberries, bagel with microwaved veggies or a V8. I also noticed that if I don't overdo it on mangoes that they can help, even though they are solouble. variety is the only thing that keeps me stable now, before I would find something that worked and stick to it, but in the end I would just get my body sick of it.
Hope I helped alittle.
