I'm not gonna smack ya... we all do it from time to time. As much as I say "I'm never going to go back to the way I ate before", yesterday I kinda pushed the limit on the amount of fat I know I can consume in a day - sigh - and this morning I'm D. So if you get smacked, I guess that means I get smacked too.
