OK I need to be smacked!!       10/24/04 04:56 AM Edit Reply Quote heather7476 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 2996 Loc: South East Michigan Yep I did it. I had a majior mental lapse this weekend!! IBS what's that I don't have that!! DUH!! Mental Head Smack!!!! My body has decided I needed a reminder that YES you do have IBS!!! I am in C mode I ate whatever I wanted while my cousin was here!! I felt great and thought OK I am all better. WRONG!!! I have read so mant post about this you would think I would know better!! So now I am trying to combat the C and I am sticking to the What to eat when you can't anything diet for the next few days!!! It may have to wait till tommrow to begin because I have plans today that will not allow to bring my own food and will require eating out!! UUGGG So go ahead and smack me.
