1. red meat 2. dairy (adding in 3 is fried stuff, it was a hard decision)
red meat was the first thing I identified as having to go long before diagnosis, and I put dairy down because yogurt always caused horrendous gas and bloating as well as the runs so I cut that out years before I cut the rest fo dairy out too!
