I just started the diet and need to know if there is something way off here or if I'm ok to eat this sauce. Teriyaki Sauce 1 cup soy sauce 3/4-1 cup sugar or brown sugar whole ginger root sliced (Add to taste) 1 clove of crushed garlic 1 teaspoon of honey Simmer all of this together and thicken with corn starch
