Raisin bran was what I used to mostly eat, and it gave way to 2 very violent attacks. Stupid me still ate it 2 days in a row until I figured it out. So, that's why I was afraid to try anything. Also, I need to change to a soy or rice milk, and I haven't done that yet. I am not sure if it was the dairy or bran that set me off. I do like oatmeal- again, was so afraid! I take my SFS and peppermint capsule first thing when I get up, then eat a banana about 15 min. later, with good results. I just get hungry later.
