I get them about a week before my period under my ribs and it feels like I Am being stabbed. As silly as it sounds, I have been told, and found out from my own experience, that it's gas! I can deal with the gas down low where I can rub my tummy but under my ribs! One time I thought I was having a heart attack. Now, I usually try to drink the hottest tea I can stand and that usually will help. If not, I curl up in the feal position on my side. Apparently, many women with our without IBS have issues with gas during or before their periods.. who knew? -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
