The frozen kinds vary so much in how much fat they have. I can do a small amount of some that are low in fat -- but when I saw some that were cheaper - I flipped over and compared the label and saw that it had twice as much fat per serving. So -- check your labels and be careful. It matters what else you are eating it with too. If the rest of your meal is very low fat -- then you are more safe. If the rest of your meal also has a borderline high fat item - then you should skip the fries.
