The Tinkyada brand of all kinds of pasta is amazing. All made from rice. It's from Canada. See if the smaller HFS or Whole Foods carries it. Trader Joes is unlikely to. It's better than any American made wheat alt. pasta I've had to date, and believe me, I've tried just about all of them. I understand if you can find a good Italian GF pasta they too are incredible. Sometimes little local Italian markets carry that, since eating GF out in Italy is very easy to do, or so I'm told.
I feel so bad for you Ruchie. You'll feel better once you stay on this diet, once and for all. Fibro is no fun, but you have probably the best fibro people in the world to help you...LS, Linz, JenX and others. Amazing and caring they are.
But I have to ask..just how do you know you are allergic to wheat? What tests proved it? Or, are you eating GF because of the fibro?
And about potatoes...do you test your blood after eating them. Is that how you know it spikes?
I suspect there will be alot of things that you can't handle now that you will in the future, once you are a bit more stable.
