I have stopped now and only drink peppermint and fennel, also camomile, which is quite sweet to taste, also lemon verbena is another mild, slightly sweet tea - they both go well with honey! Re: chocolate, have you tried any of the chocolate flavoured milks? I find that some Alpro chocolate soya milk on Rice Krispies in the morning really satisfies my chocolate craving for the day and BHVV (Before Heather Van Vorous) I used to get through 2-3 bars a day average - often more - so that is really saying something. Lots of people have mentioned marshmallows - I don't like them myself - for me it's chocolate or nothing! Tell us if you discover something else. Josephine Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
