I found a way that makes it easier to avoid the "bad goodies" that everyone else is having is to have my *better* substitutes on hand. Like, if the BF has pizza, I order a mini personal size pizza with no cheese, but with broccoli on it. YUM! You could also make yourself a mini pizza sometime using a bagel or an english muffin, just skip the cheese. (I have not had much luck getting soycheese to melt OR taste good) The chicken is probably a better choice anyway, just wanted to give some suggestions! Your limit to foods on the IBS diet is your imagination, I never run out of IBS-safe things that I want to try and that I would rather eat before "the bad stuff". keep up the willpower, your tummy will thank you! -------------------- -Sheri Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
