I've gone 8 days without D and am following Heather's diet to the letter. Tonight my family is having pizza and I am eating a baked potato and chicken with bread. In the past I would have eaten the pizza without a second thought. I think I may have really turned over a new leaf when it comes to my eating. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope that I can stick with it.
