I am scared to start my SFS       10/03/04 02:21 PM Edit Reply Quote heather7476 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 2996 Loc: South East Michigan I know this sounds stupid but I am realy affaried to start my SFS. I got my Tummy Fiber from Heather a week ago, and I still haven't taken it. I tried Benefiber and Fiberchoice and both seemed to make my side pain three times worse. I don't want that to happen again. Plus it is kinda like a fall back, when I am feeling realy bad I think well I still have to start taking a SFS so maybe that will help. What if it doesn't then I am out of Ideas. So I am also scared to take it and not have it work, then I will be realy depressed. Does that make ANY sense. I just don't know what to do. Everyday I wake up and say I am going to start my SFS and I never get enough courage to do it. I am already taking Zoloft, probiotic, Donnatol, Fennel Tea and following the diet.
