I was in the exact same position as you a few weeks ago. Heather's tummy teas had turned up and I didn't really know how to brew a cup! I've now gone through a variety of tea balls and strainers, before going for a Bodum tea pot and the mug that another poster mentioned. If I'm at home for the day, I brew up a pot of peppermint tea and keep going back for more! If I just want one cup, I use the Bodum mug, and the whole process is a lot less messy than using a tea ball/strainer - I was getting tea leaves all over my kitchen and carpet!
