unsettled stomach       06/05/03 08:22 PM Edit Reply Quote louise Reged: 02/05/03 Posts: 836 Loc: canada I find it hard to keep a settled stomach in warm whether(which we have here in b.c., because I drink more than I normally do. If I normally have a smallglass of juice or water, I find I need a bigger glass to quench my thirst. Even with all the fiber I still get unsettled. Hopefully, equalican,when I get it again will help.
