Hi....This may sound silly but I actually take the beans out of string beans and then eat the "casing" of the string bean. I love string beans but I think the beans in them are what kills my stomach. I can't eat corn on the cobb or off the cobb either. It must be those little seeds in both of them. I can eat pretty much all other veggies. I feel for you though cause I often wonder how the heck I can get calcium in my body since I can't tolerate milk products. The only thing that doesn't bother me is cheese but that certainly is not enough calcium. I don't have any other suggestions for ya as to how to incorporated veggies in your diet. Just thought I'd mention that the seeds are what do me in. Maybe they are your problem too?
