Just joined you all during the last week, and want o say how much reading your posts has helped. I'm living in France and felt a bit isolated as I only have a few English friends here(Plenty of French Friends but it difficult to talk to them about the diet) I have been on the diet for about 2 weeks and have just had 6 good days. I can't believe it. I find the recipes especially helpful, though getting some of the ingredients is not easy. Also some of thm I am not familiar with, So please don't mind if I ask
The site is so friendly. I have to look at it each day.
