I just don't know if the nausea will go away and if this AD will fix what's wrong with me. I know I should relax more and not get so upset but I've been through a real tough time for the last 8 months now. I just need a break for a month or two, or three... Do you think it's worth calling my doctor about the side effects or should I wait another week? He might just tell me that it's normal and will go away. I'm so new to this that I really don't know. I even did yoga last night and this morning I woke up with bad cramps and 'd'. I just feel like all my efforts are in vain. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
