Most detoxifications are too harsh for IBS as the IBS gut over-reacts to all stimuli. The colon cleansers in particular are a very bad idea. Plus, having an empty tummy is not a good plan with IBS! How about just sticking to water, teas, rice and veggies for a few days instead? That makes me feel "cleansed" and doesn't hurt either. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
