Before buying it I would go on a really simple diet to find your triggers, because the cookbook is full of recipes from proper dishes...I have had it for a few months and still have not tested enough foods in order to cook from it!!! Do you enjoy cooking? Does your mum? The most important thing to try right now is to eliminate all the major triggers if you can: you can find them on this website, and it includes junk food. Sorry.
