I am so mad and upset I can't even see straight right now. I have waited two weeks for this app. It was a waste of time. He talked to me for a few minutes. Wouldn't realy listen to me kept interupting me. When I told him about going to the bathroom up to 6 time a day he said "well thats no big deal" When i told him about the painfull c I had two months ago once again "no big deal"
He did a rectal He asked what my doc told me it might be. I said she said it was probably IBS he said " Yep it's IBS, I don't see any reason for futher testing you are not showing any syptoms of IBD and increase you Zoloft to 100mg and you'll be fine"
YEP that's it. No advice on diet, no advice on fiber, no other tests, no other meds, nothing. Just it's IBS increase your Zoloft. If it contuines come back other wise have a nice day.
I spent two hours typing out my food diary and a list of symptoms and previous doc appt. He didn't even look at them. He said Oh I don't need all that. I could just cry or spit nails. I have to talk to my regular doc to get the increase for the zoloft and I have an app to see her on the 21st. She is not going to be happy either she wants tests she told me she did. So I am sure I am going to have to go to another GI and start all over agian. DAM DAM DAM .
He acted like I was overreacting and being stupid. He said because I don't double over from pain that it can't be that bad. Live one day in my body you jerk. I know alot of people are worse off than me but that doesn't mean this should just be pushed aside.
