Burgers/ice cream bad, boca/skinny cows good. - Very spicy foods. I'm still working on what levels I can tolerate, since I really like spicy foods, but if I overdo it I'll pay for it later. The good: - Rice, rice, rice. Unfortunately the white seems to do me better than brown/basmati, since the latter have a lower glycemic index, but I switch it up from time to time and it ususally works out.
