Well, as long as you've been doing/feeling well, then I guess continue on as you have been. But, I know eating big meals is harder on your digestive system, so if you feel you need less, maybe you should cut back a little? You can always wait a little bit, and if you're still hungry, then eat a little more. What's it, like 20-30 min or so it takes for your brain to catch up with your stomach? You can always eat more to feel better, but once you've eaten, you can't "uneat" to feel better--you just have to wait it out.
Does that make sense? I don't feel like my communication abilities haven't caught up with me yet this morning!
