I tolerate it fine as do many others but if you have had a problem with it I'd steer clear or wait until you stabilise before trying it. I noticed that the brand you mentioned is quite high in fat and am wondering whether this could have contributed to your attack. Veggie shreds are low fat, but still if you're not sure it's probably best to leave it. The only soy cheese available without casein in it is made by king island. Their cream cheese is quite nice (though doesn't compare to the real thing!) and they make a cheddar cheese in a roll. It's OK but doesn't melt at all.
