I love the peppermint capsules, but I cannot tolerate the Fennel Tea. It makes my gas problem "more pronounced".
I have started on the Acacia (this is my 3rd day) at 1/4 tspn. (measuring size tspn.) twice daily and I have noticed that even though I am still bloated, the gas factor is much better. I plan to move up to 1/2 measuring tspn. Thursday of this week, anf hopefully the bloating will eventually go away.
Sorry I strayed from your question, but I only take the peppermint capsules and the Acacia. I ordered the Fennel Tea, but I just can't tolerate it. It is in a jar in my cabinet. Maybe as I become more stable, especially with the gas, I will give it another try.
