DH wants to keep a running list of safe foods based on what happened yesterday... can't blame him... so he can cook for me and we can keep track of what is and is not safe at a given moment.

The plan so far is a spreadsheet with a list of safe foods, a list of definitely unsafe foods, and a list of foods to be tried- we can write the date and ok or not by each of the foods to be tried.. then we can update it as needed..

Has anyone else tried something like this? any suggestions?

also- any suggestions on foods to try, I was having trouble thinking of fruits and vegetables to list sitting here writing it up and the worst part is that used to be most of my diet.... I figure especially with fruit it will be cooked only for awhile, maybe even babyfood fruits depending on how I feel... then I can try adding raw fruit later if that works... and vegetables I'm going to start with cooked and then add raw later as well.
