Can your bra cause ibs?       05/27/03 02:02 AM Edit Reply Quote britsarah Reged: 02/16/03 Posts: 253 Loc: United Kingdom This is part of an article I have just read in my morning paper - ' Fashion bras can constrict the ribcage by several inches more than conventional bras. The pressure can be so great that it could even affect digestion. The British School of Osteopathy has noted Irritable Bowel Syndrome and constipation as a result of ill-fitting bras constricting the digestive process by putting pressure on the diaphragm.' Well, I don't think I'll be doing without my bra! Any comments from the men on board - do YOU think your bras are too tight? Seriously, I'm sure it would affect some people but I don't feel somehow that it's a eureka kind of moment for me LOL sarah -------------------- Sarah Looking for inspiration...
