Help with C       08/21/04 11:34 AM Edit Reply Quote Lauriea Reged: 08/18/04 Posts: 35 I have IBS-C and I just discovered this website and have been on the IBS Diet for 4 days now. I feel wonderful and symptom-free but I have not had a BM yet. I am eating only from the soluble fiber list and have begun taking Citrocel (1 scoop) 2 days ago. I take Citrocel once a day at bedtime.
