In addition to all the other advice, I think if you haven't had a yearly gyn exam lately, I'd get one of those too. My IBS problems REALLY (and I mean REALLY) went WILD when I had ovarian cysts I was unaware of! Since those have been resolved, I have had a lot of good progress. I went from very bad C to D, then since following the diet here, and trying some tips. like peppermint tea and the divided fiber (b4 and after you eat) I am doing allright, (for now, hee)! I even went to gym and worked out for the first time in 6 months today, I had some energy and stamina, and felt "safe" enough that I didn't need to run to the bathroom! What a NICE day!
