Hi! We are also going to Disney World in August, and I recently emailed them for more details on food. I have been several times before but not since following Heather's diet. Anyhow, although they didn't give me specific details of what could be suitable in each place, they did tell me to feel free to contact the Dining Managers of each park and they would give me more info. They can also make specific changes to menus for you if you book in advance, like using soy milk etc. If you like I could send you the contacts.
