Wow - I didn't realise so many people had morning problems. Yesterday & today were better with the later breakfast. Still had to go three times before lunch, pretty urgent but solid! (Sorry TMI?) Am going to try eating when I get to work like Khyricat & Lisa instead. Thanks girls! Janene, yeah a lot of people do seem to take Immodium as a preventative. I'm still scared though: firstly because it might make me go the other way, and secondly cos I don't trust it to stop the attacks so I still wouldn't want to stray too far from the facilities. Am going to try to stick with morning workouts cos I don't have the energy at night. Nel - a doctors prescription is a great idea, I'm going to talk to my doc. - thanks!
