Thanks Janene, Yep, I'm scared of using Immodium as a preventative too. I don't like the idea of working out on an empty stomach so try to eat something beforehand. Maybe it's better to just have a less energetic workout and eat afterwards? Don't you get tired/feel lethargic if you work out on an empty stomach? I've been drinking ginger tea, too. My doctor actually recommended it but it tastes awful. What brand do you drink?
