Early morning attacks - what time do you eat breakfast?       08/07/04 05:41 PM Edit Reply Quote Jayne in Japan Reged: 07/14/04 Posts: 29 Thanks Laurasue, Actually I just tried to order it but they only ship in the US so it's back to my car bucket (sorry not a pretty image)!! Would you take Immodium before the "rumblings" start? I mean before you got in the car regardless of how you felt? I'd be scared that might send me the other way. I've always taken it after a BM and during the time it takes to start working there is often more trouble. I can't understand where yesterday's pre-gym attack came from - I had been following the diet and have been stable for about 10 days. I thought it might have been because I woke up & ate (just plain rice) earlier than usual. I ate within 10 minutes of waking whereas I usually give myself half an hour. I'm going to experiment with not eating for the first hour after I wake up. Maybe my body was just not awake enough to process the food? I read that a lot of people have trouble in the mornings & that some of the suggestions were to eat late at night or to have a midnight snack. Has anyone tried delaying breakfast for an hour after getting up? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
