Hi,

I think you may have answered your own question and it's funny how sometimes getting everything out on paper (or a keyboard in this instance) can do that.

I think it is extremely important to feel a strong sense of trust in a counsellor and if if you don't feel that I would definately make a change. Developing faith in yourself is very difficult if you don't havew faith in the person guiding you.

P.S I find it very hard to believe the water theory she is telling you about. I think most people here will agree.
