Hi. I survived my sister's visit but it was weird. It's like she has two personalities and you never know if you're going to get the good sister or the evil twin. This weekend was about 75% evil twin and 25% good sister. I think she feels threatened by my illness since she was sick for so long too and she's just finally gotten better. But whatever the excuse or explanation is, I'm pretty teed off. I could barely open my mouth without getting an annoyed or sarcastic comment back. She's still a very angry and unhappy person. Oh, well, at least I got to see her and my niece, and maybe our next visit will be better.
Anyway, still no D, but some sharp gas pains after dinner last night, so I had some Mylanta and a cup of peppermint tea and it settled right down. That stuff is amazing.
Dinner was 1 lobster tail, bread and baked potato. Breakfast was cereal and berries, lunch was a turkey sandwich. I did better on staying away from sweets, which helped.
Unfortunately, I got another migraine just now, due to the weather. It's been raining for two days now. As soon as it started, I knew I was at risk. At least it waited until after my sister left.
Another fancy dinner out tonight. I'll be looking for some plain chicken or fish and lots of bread and potato or rice.
Since it's so rainy, we're relaxing and reading and playing on the computer.
