Hey, still doing good here D-wise. The fibro fatigue is pretty bad today due to the low pressure center moving in, but no migraine so I can deal with it.
My sister and her daughter arrive tonight so we'll have Andy outnumbered 6 to 1 until Sunday! His mother, sister and niece plus my sister and niece (they're staying with us, Andy's family is in the unit below us).
Food choices continue to be IBS-safe. Last night's dinner was one crabcake (delicious), bread and mashed potatoes -- NO drink, NO dessert. Even as safe as dinner was, it didn't quite settle so I had a cup of peppermint tea when we got back to the room, which did the trick like magic (thank you, Heather!!) Today cereal and berries for breakfast plus 1/2 a slice of a walnut bread, lunch was a sliced egg sandwich (one no-no, I ate the yolk -- hope it doesn't bother me) and some orange juice. I just had a one inch square teensy piece of a chocolate coconut cookie for tea. That also is a risk, but I hope it won't bother me. I had a granola bar as a snack earlier.
Dinner tonight will again be at a fancy restaurant, but I'll be having bread and plain chicken or fish.
Staying on schedule with my SFS, my antispasmodic, my anti-gas caplets, one Imodium before dinner each night and again during the day if needed. Normal BM again today so obviously that's how much Imodium I need! Mylanta has helped twice with the heartburn after the tomato sauce the other night.
So the next 24 hours will be the most (fun) stressful, with the whole crew here. Send me some good vibes, everybody!!
