I realize that I have actually been exercising less because I don't feel well so much of the time. I think I need to make more of an effort there. The tummy teas definitely help, and this week I've increased my use of them. I think the peppermint is particularly helpful.
I'm going to look into the false negative thing more. I posted at celiac.com to ask about this, and I'm going to check with my doc. Supposedly the tests are pretty accurate, but I think there's always a chance for a false negative, especially since I eat relatively gluten free. I have decided to try and be more strict with this (I may be getting some hidden gluten) for awhile and see if it helps. Worth a try, right?
It's so nice to get all the support and encouragement here. People who haven't experienced constant digestive problems are not very sympathetic. Thanks to all for your help and suggestions!!
