Hey Ruchie I just read your post. Thank you so much for writing it. I love hearing everyone stories while trying to figure out my own!!! It sounds like your detective work is really paying off and I'm happy for you!!!! I have to say it pushes me to get to the bottom of my own problems and for that I thank you!!!!

I am gluten free now for five days and I am noticing already that my nausea seems to be less. The pain is a bit less too. Not constant anymore but usually still flares up after I eat anything. Hopefully this will improve also. I'm basically eating meat, veggies and fruit right now.

I have been doing a lot of research on gluten intolerance. I hope to be gluten free for at least a month to six weeks and then maybe try to eat something with gluten in it and see how I do. It is tough though because everything I depended on for my cycling has gluten in it of course and so now to have look at other directions. But I will figure something out. I did find a rice krispie bar that is gluten free and very delicious!!!!!!!
