I will try to have more insoluable foods, I was scared I guess because the book made them seem *evil* so I wasn't sure I will also get some metamucil like Heather suggests...hopefully it will all start working soon! And thank you, I'm sure everyone has said this but boy, it sure is refreshing to be at a place like this site knowing that others understand the reason why I have my pants button undone in my cubicle because of the pain!
